What's on offer?


I deliver interactive workshops and training sessions informed by my professional experience as a counsellor, a Master’s degree in Autism Studies, and my own lived experience. Sessions are evidence-based and including guided discussions, practical exercises, useful resources, and real life examples. There is always time for questions and audience participation.

Tailored Workshops

On request, I do specific tailored workshops. Recent topics include: back to school anxiety, working with parents, autism and device use, autism and social connections, autism in adult education, and neurodiverse athletes. I also run training for workplaces; most recently: The Royal NZ Air Force, St. Johns, Aviation NZ.

2-day training course

For counsellors, psychologists, socials workers, etc, I have developed a 2-day training course: Neuro-affirming Autism Training. This can be tailored to specific services. This course continues to receive great feedback for being practical and hands on. Participants come away with lots of strategies and ideas to use in their practices.
